Carl Rankin
Carl Rankin has been a proud resident of Revelstoke for 18 years. Prior to his arrival here, Carl was a commercial agent with Cushman Wakefield LePage Inc., in Toronto. In 1990, he put the original proponents of the Revelstoke Mountain Resort project, together with his developer associates. This precipitated his decision to move to Revelstoke, and to assist in the resulting long term approval process.

Carl assisted in developing and managing a forest road construction company, for five years, and then worked with Vic Van Isle Construction Ltd. for seven years. Carl has also owned and operated the local Roxy Theatre for the past 12 years, which is a cultural centre for Revelstoke. Carl is an appointed member of the Advisory Planning Commission for the City of Revelstoke, and also sits on the Revelstoke Community Heritage Commission.
